The support team was answering the same questions repeatedly, and an earlier off-the-shelf bot lost trust by confidently making things up.

Our approach

We built a retrieval-augmented assistant grounded strictly in the company’s knowledge base. Every answer links the source passage, guardrails keep it on-topic, and low-confidence queries escalate to a human with full context instead of guessing.
