The challenge
The support team was answering the same questions repeatedly, and an earlier off-the-shelf bot lost trust by confidently making things up.
Our approach
We built a retrieval-augmented assistant grounded strictly in the company’s knowledge base. Every answer links the source passage, guardrails keep it on-topic, and low-confidence queries escalate to a human with full context instead of guessing.

The build
A FastAPI service with a pgvector retrieval layer and LangChain orchestration, containerized with Docker and deployed and hosted on AWS — with analytics on what users actually ask.

Does that affect my custom domain or analytics?
Ada
No — domain and analytics settings are independent of version snapshots and stay exactly as configured.
Beautiful, searchable documentation with versioning, API references, and analytics — all in one place.
